APPLY TODAYA Shifting Landscape
When I first created this program, organizations were making bold public commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion. There was urgency, investment, and a shared language for the work.
Today, the landscape has changed.
The language has shifted. Resources have narrowed. Expectations are less clear. And many leaders, HR professionals, DEI practitioners, and culture champions are being asked to keep doing the work with less support and more pressure.
But the real challenges have not gone away.
Organizations are still navigating trust, conflict, identity, leadership credibility, employee engagement, and cultural change. People still need to feel respected, valued, and able to contribute. Leaders still need to know how to bring people together across difference. And organizations still need cultures that support both people and performance.
That is why I created The Art & Science of Culture and Inclusion™.
This program is a strategic learning community for leaders, practitioners, and culture builders who want to do this work with more courage, clarity, and effectiveness.
Whether you work in DEI, HR, leadership, organizational development, learning and development, or simply find yourself carrying the weight of culture work, this program is for you.
It is for people who know the work still matters, even when the language changes.
It is for leaders who understand that inclusion is not a slogan. It is a leadership practice, a culture strategy, and a performance imperative.
Here, we gather to build tools, strengthen our voice, sharpen our strategy, and stay whole while doing work that is complex, necessary, and deeply human.
The work is not over.
It is evolving.
Join me. Let’s do it together.
